The client needed help testing both their web and native iOS tax applications. Requirements were well documented in user stories, and the role called for iOS testing experience, a real iOS device and close attention to detail.
Tax software works to a deadline that never moves: each year's update has to be right before people start filing.
What we did
- Tested the web and iOS applications against the user stories for the tax update releases.
- Set up QA processes and test cases for the client's QA department.
- Led and mentored other members of the client's QA team.
