What we collect and why
Contact form: your name and email, plus anything optional you add (company, phone, a link to your app or website, a target release date) and your message. We use it to reply to you and to scope any work you ask about.
Job applications: your name, email, phone, the role, your note and your CV. We use them to assess your application.
Resources purchases: Stripe takes the payment on its own secure page. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can send your download links. We never see your card details.
WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us, used to answer you.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions. Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends purchase emails. Stripe processes payments. Google Workspace hosts our email. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that conversation.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this website do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request, as any website you visit does.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@carnelian.tech from the email address you used with us.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
