What you are buying
Each kit is a digital download: an Excel workbook and a PDF guide. Prices are in US dollars, and payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page.
Delivery
Your download starts as soon as payment is confirmed. We also email you a personal download link from kits@carnelian.tech. That link works for 3 days, and you can get a fresh one at any time at carnelian.tech/download using the email address you paid with.
A fresh link always gives you the current version of the kit, so when we update a kit you can download the new files the same way.
Refunds
No refunds on downloads. Once a kit has been delivered it cannot be returned, so please check what is inside before you buy. Each kit lists its contents, sheet counts and page counts on the Resources page.
If something is wrong with your order, such as a file that will not open or a duplicate charge, email support@carnelian.tech and we will put it right.
Licence
The kits are for your own use. Please do not resell, share or republish the files or their contents.
